Ugene Lab is the premier food testing laboratory. We provide customers with a broad range of microbiological and chemical testing, rapid testing, hygiene monitoring and specialized test methods developed to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations to customers on a timely basis, and follow up.
Follow up with customer prospects to close deals, and prepare request forms for customers if required.
Respond to customer queries/issues received through email and telephone, and address them accordingly.
In conjunction with other team members, answer telephone calls and attend to onsite walk-ins.
For existing customer contracts and according to contract terms, coordinate with Dispatch team for sample collection per contract requirement.
Perform online research (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and identify potential companies who require food testing services.
Based on sales leads, contact customer prospects, and convert the lead into a sale.
Monitor existing customer contracts, and track contract expiration dates. Prior to expiration of contracts, contact customers, and persuade them to renew.
Maintain and update customer's contact details.
Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Operate to the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and also the ability to communicate with our Mandarin speaking customers;
Looking for driven individuals with great customer service and sales skills;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships;
Excellent time management skill;
Strong attention to details;
Proficient in MS Office; and
Able to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday).
