Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations to customers on a timely basis, and follow up.

• Follow up with customer prospects to close deals, and prepare request forms for customers if required.

• Respond to customer queries/issues received through email and telephone, and address them accordingly.

• In conjunction with other team members, answer telephone calls and attend to onsite walk-ins.

• For existing customer contracts and according to contract terms, coordinate with Dispatch team for sample collection per contract requirement.

• Perform online research (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and identify potential companies who require food testing services.

• Based on sales leads, contact customer prospects, and convert the lead into a sale.

• Monitor existing customer contracts, and track contract expiration dates. Prior to expiration of contracts, contact customers, and persuade them to renew.

• Maintain and update customer's contact details.

• Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

• Operate to the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and also the ability to communicate with our Mandarin speaking customers;

• Looking for driven individuals with great customer service and sales skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships;

• Excellent time management skill;

• Strong attention to details;

• Proficient in MS Office; and

• Able to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday).
